What you are starting
A capsule with five labeled ingredients, one a day.
Joint Genesis is a dietary supplement from BioDynamix. The bottle reads "Doctor Formulated" and carries the tagline "Move again, smile again". The brand's story begins in Yuzurihara, Japan, where villagers farm into old age and eat satsumaimo, a purple sweet potato that the brand says is rich in hyaluronan. Hyaluronan helps give synovial fluid, the fluid inside your joints, its thick, lubricating quality, and the seller says joints lose it faster after 30.
Made for a morning habit
The seller's FAQ says one capsule a day with water, preferably in the morning. A bottle of 30 capsules is a 30-day supply, so the calendar does the counting for you.
Comfort, lubrication, flexibility
These are the three things the seller says the formula is designed to support. Individual results vary, and this is the seller's positioning, not a promise from us.
A quality story you can read
The seller says it is made following cGMP in an FDA-inspected facility in the USA, and lists it as free from gluten, dairy, nuts, soy, egg, crustaceans, GMOs and BPA.
Pay once, no subscription
The seller describes a one-time payment with no subscription and no auto-ship. You choose a package, pay once and decide what to do when the bottles run out.
The 180-day guarantee
Six full months to try it. Only unopened bottles come back.
Your 180 days are counted from the order date, on every package. It is an empty bottle guarantee: you return only the bottles you have not opened, and opened or empty bottles do not need to go back. Here is the seller's process.
Note your order date
Your confirmation email shows it. That is day 1 of your 180 days, and you will need your order confirmation number.
Contact BioDynamix support
Reach support within 180 days of your order, by email at [email protected] or by phone at (800) 589-4191. Have your first and last name, order email and order confirmation number ready.
Return the unopened bottles
Send them with the packing slip to BIODYNAMIX, 19655 E 35th Dr, Suite 100, Aurora, CO 80011, USA. You pay the return shipping.
Get your refund
The seller says the refund follows in up to 5 to 7 business days after the bottles arrive.
Support hours: Monday to Friday 6am to 5pm and Saturday 6am to 2pm Pacific. ClickBank handles order support too, with self-service at clkbank.com.
Order with 180 days to decide
One-time payment, no subscription.
Inside each capsule
Five ingredients, every dose on the label.
This is the seller's label, with the seller's stated role for each ingredient. The other ingredients are cellulose (the capsule), magnesium stearate and silica, and the seller gives the product a two-year shelf life.
- 200 mgGinger powder. From the root. The seller says it supports a healthy inflammatory response and joint comfort.
- 100 mgBoswellia extract. Standardized to 65% boswellic acid. The seller says it supports a healthy inflammatory response and joint comfort.
- 80 mgHyaluronic acid matrix. The seller calls it Mobilee. The label describes it as 60 to 80% hyaluronic acid with polysaccharides and collagen type II, and the seller says it helps replenish the hyaluronan in synovial fluid.
- 150 mgPine bark extract. French maritime pine bark (Pinus pinaster). The seller describes it as a powerful antioxidant that distributes into the synovial fluid.
- 5 mgBlack pepper extract. Standardized to 95% piperine. The seller calls it BioPerine and says it helps absorption.
BioDynamix says it is headed by Dr. Mark Weis, M.D., and the label reads Doctor Formulated. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or living with a medical condition, ask your doctor first. If you take blood thinners or diabetes medicine, ask too, because ginger, boswellia and pine bark are in the formula.
Your first 180 days
A simple start that follows the seller's own timeline.
A routine is easier to keep when you can picture it. Here is how six months line up, using the label and the seller's FAQ: one capsule a day, with water, preferably in the morning.
Before day 1: order and note the date
The seller says orders ship right away, and US delivery takes 5 to 7 business days. Keep your confirmation email, because your 180 days count from the order date.
Day 1: the first capsule
Take one capsule with a glass of water. Put the bottle next to your coffee or toothbrush so the habit has an anchor.
Weeks 3 to 4: the first check-in
The seller's FAQ says some customers notice improvements within the first 3 to 4 weeks. Individual results vary, so treat this as a first look, not a deadline.
Around day 90: the three-month mark
The seller says that for most people noticeable changes typically come after three months of consistent, daily use. This is the natural moment to look back at how your mornings feel.
Day 180: the guarantee window closes
Six bottles cover all 180 days. The guarantee is there until the end, so you can judge Joint Genesis over a full six months.
