Refund information

We do not sell Joint Genesis, so we cannot issue refunds ourselves. ClickBank is the retailer and the seller runs the guarantee. This page sums up the seller's refund page as we read it on October 27, 2026. If anything here differs from the seller's page or the ClickBank checkout, those take priority.

The 180-day guarantee

• The 180 days are counted from the order date, not from delivery, and apply to every package.
• It is an empty bottle guarantee: return only the unopened bottles. Opened or empty bottles do not need to be returned.

Steps to request a refund

• Contact BioDynamix support within 180 days of your order, by email at [email protected] or by phone at (800) 589-4191 (Monday to Friday 6am to 5pm and Saturday 6am to 2pm Pacific).
• Give your first name, last name, order email and order confirmation number.
• Return the unopened bottles with the packing slip to the address below.
• You pay the return shipping.

When you get your money back

According to the seller, the refund follows in up to 5 to 7 business days after the bottles arrive.
